This is the main page where I'll be posting information about our road trip. Here you'll find links to various places we have been, photos and of course journal entries. If something is missing or there's something that you would like to see let me know. Also check out the trip from Audrey's Perspective. It might be quite different...

This road trip officially ended in April of 2008, 18 months after it started... not too shabby. The links above will take you to my journal entries where you can relive my time on the road. I know, how exciting.

On this trip Audrey and I spent 10 days at Smith Rock, then we drove across the United States stopping briefly at Yellowstone/Grand Teton along with Mt. Rushmore and Area, spent two months at The Red River Gorge, drove quickly down to Mexico where the weather drove us out, stopped for two days at Big Bend National Park, spent three weeks in Texas at Hueco Tanks, spent some time in Las Vegas, hit up Three National Parks before heading to Australia. In Australia we've spent a month at Mt. Arapiles, a month up at the Blue Mountains and another month in the Grampians. We returned from Australia and I spent all of July climbing/working around Vancouver before heading out on the road again. In the summer I managed to climb at Riggins, Maple, Rifle and Ten Sleep, Wy before meeting up with Audrey and heading across the continent for my brother's wedding. While out east I checked out Cathedral Ledge, Rumney and The New River Gorge before settling in for another fall at the Red River Gorge. After the Red we headed south, stopping at The Obed and Rocktown on our way over to Hueco. I had to fly to Finland for work then returned and spent Christmas/New Years in Red Rocks, NV with a few day trips up to The VRG before relocating to El Paso and spending another four weeks in Hueco Tanks. When it got too hot we escaped for a few days in Bishop, CA, followed by a few days at The VRG. I then flew up to Alaska to do some clinics at The Alaska Rock Gym while Audrey stayed in the VRG then returned to Seattle while I returned to Vancouver for a few weeks to work in the office. As a grand finale to the trip I teamed up with superstar Will Stanhope for a few weeks in Indian Creek/Moab, UT. That's it...
